Snow on the Boat

The snow is really falling in S.UK. We had snow all night, waking to find a completely covered boat; all fluffy white. I figured this means we get a snow day, no working. Nope! The Berthon workmen show up at 8am with a smiles on their faces. Amazing. Cheers to the boat yard workers! We had a wonderful weekend filled with visits from friends, Tim and Bryony; who helped us be even more productive and tipsy all in the same weekend:) We even got Tim crawling around in the bilge. You know someone is a good friend when they are willing to jump into your dungeon with a scrub brush;) Soon we will even have comfortable bunks for all our friends who are willing to brave the bilges! We have a very impressive communications in the boat yard, assisted by our super deluxe expedition magnetic mount computer antenna. Ron has mastered the Skype phone, and is on the way to enabling no less then three ways of sending email, GPS tracking, and text messages from the middle of the ocean. Let the Expedition begin!
